Welcome to Woshify. By using our mobile application and laundry services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Woshify connects customers with laundry shops for pickup, cleaning, and delivery services. Service availability, pricing, and time slots may vary by store and location.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login information secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Please ensure clothes are ready at the selected pickup slot.
• Provide a complete and reachable address with contact number.
• Missed pickups or incorrect addresses may cause delay or cancellation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to workload or unforeseen conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on services, garments, and store rates shown in the app or confirmed by the shop. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or discounts may apply. Payment must be completed as per the selected payment method.

5. Order Changes & Cancellation

You may edit or cancel a pickup request only while the app allows it (usually before shop confirmation or pickup). Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Care of Garments

We and our partner shops take reasonable care of your garments. Please inform us in advance about delicate fabrics, stains, or special instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by inherent garment weakness, color bleeding, or undeclared special care needs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, submit false information, harass staff, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woshify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any claim related to garment damage will be handled as per partner shop policy and applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
